Det norske oljeselskap ASA: Utstedelse av nye aksjer; Opptak til notering
Det vises til tidligere børsmeldinger fra Det norske oljeselskap ASA («Selskapet) vedrørende fortrinnsrettsemisjonen for utstedelse av 61 911 239 nye aksjer i Selskapet («Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen»).
Kapitalforhøyelsen for Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret, og Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen er dermed gjennomført.
Selskapets nye aksjekapital er NOK 202 618 602 fordelt på 202 618 602 aksjer hver pålydende NOK 1.
De nye aksjene som er utstedt i forbindelse med Fortrinnsrettsemisjonen vil bli registrert på de respektive tegnernes VPS-konti og være omsettelige på Oslo Børs fra og med 6. august 2014, forutsatt at vedkommende tegner har betalt det relevante tegningsbeløp.
