System and Data Integration Lead – Project Control

This position is part of Project Control Systems and Process department. We have the responsibility for managing and developing EcoSys, integration with other business systems and quality reporting of data for business needs.
Main areas of responsibility for this role include strategic planning, integration and integration projects delivery, technology assessment, performance improvement. The role requires good knowledge and understanding of EcoSys, Project Control processes and data to ensure delivery of reliable reporting and running of the system.
Typical work tasks can be:
- Ensure all aspects of EcoSys Data integration and reporting are taken care of in a consistent and structured manner and in accordance with process ans stakeholder requirements.
- Establish governance routines, develop strategic plans, road maps, integration architecture and manage them.
- Propose and drive improvements and deliver improvement projects within the areas of responsibility.
- Communicate with other parts of the business and ensure alignment with corporate governance policies.
Skills and qualifications:
- Education – minimum Bachelor degree within Economics, Engineering, Computer science or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience within project management / finance systems (SAP, PIMS, EcoSys).
- Experience in the development, configuration and maintenance of systems and databases is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications and services (Power BI, Power Apps, Fabric, Azure etc) and programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience from project control and understanding of principles, methods, and tools is an advantage.
