This position is part of the Integrated Planning department within Asset Integrity & Planning. We have the responsibility for supporting our Assets coordinate their total activity set (from inception to execution) across all delivery lines, Business Units, Functions and Alliances to create maximum value with minimum disruption, thus extracting greatest value possible within a wide set of constraints. You will be part of a small team, developing new ways of working to support our future operating strategy where we will remove unnecessary manual effort through a combination of work process improvements, data/input requirement enhancements and development of new digital tools designed to support our deliveries. This role will suit a person with relevant domain expertise who sees the opportunities to do things differently.

Typical work tasks can be:

  • Supporting the development of new, more efficient, ways of working and associated work processes in the Integrated Planning domain
  • Being part of defining, creating and implementing an improved "toolkit" that supports these new ways of working – this includes supporting our partners to development new digital tools and functionality that are ready to support Assets of the future
  • Engaging with key stakeholders within the Integrated Planning team, in our Assets and across Business Units, Functions & Alliances to define and implement updated input and data requirements
  • Participating in cross industry collaboration as a representative of Aker BP within the ILAP Schedule Data Ontology initiative

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree within a business management or technical subject. Relevant practical experience can compensate for education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within any activity related planning function, preferably across several domains
  • The successful applicant will be given the necessary training to succeed
  • Fluent/good abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written
