Need to have

M.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Marine Technology, Process, Civil, Subsea, Automation, Cybernetics, Data Science).

Demonstrated interest and knowledge in technology, machinery, processes, or information.

Working proficiency in English or Norwegian.

Maximum two years of relevant professional experience.

Must hold a valid EEA work permit.

Rotate through diverse Subsea Engineering disciplines to gain a holistic understanding of the entire value chain. -
AI & Data application
Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in subsea operations. -
Cross-functional collaboration
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute subsea projects from initial concept to completion. -
Productivity & Innovation
Actively contribute to our 3x productivity ambition by identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in subsea processes.
Your journey in Subsea Engineering
This isn't a narrow specialization. You'll gain a holistic view by rotating through the core disciplines that drive our subsea operations, from initial integrity management to advanced digital solutions.

Subsea equipment integrity & Maintenance
Follow up the integrity and maintenance of subsea equipment. -
Fault & Failure investigations
Support fault and failure investigations to understand why things went wrong and identify solutions. -
Digital system population & Performance
Populate digital systems with operational information and test system performance. -
Senior engineer collaboration
Work closely with senior engineers in defining solutions, and follow fabrication, testing, and installation of subsea systems. -
AI-powered subsea solutions
Participate in the design of digital solutions, dashboards, applications, and analytical models for subsea operations. -
Data-driven subsea algorithms
Collaborate with contractors to create algorithms and models using live data streaming from subsea equipment in the Cognite Data Platform.
