Need to have

Final year student or recent graduate with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (e.g., mechanical, process/chemical, electrical, automation/cybernetics, civil/structural, industrial economics, marine engineering, or energy).

Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Breadth of understanding across engineering disciplines, rather than deep specialization.

An engineering degree is required.
Nice to have

Relevant experience from studies, internships, summer jobs in industry, engineering, or project environments.

Demonstrated coordination and leadership skills (e.g., student organizations, sports, volunteering, multidisciplinary projects).

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.

Basic skills in using AI tools.

Proficiency in Norwegian (preferred).

Through a series of rotations within our ongoing projects, you will develop the skills to coordinate complex technical interfaces and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement.

Technical coordination
Coordinate interfaces between technical disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, automation, structural), ensuring aligned deliveries. -
Project contribution
Work on ongoing projects like Yggdrasil, PWP-Fenris, subsea, or modification projects, potentially within alliances. -
Tool utilization
Utilize tools such as PIMS, Microsoft Office suite, and our stage gate/BMS processes daily. -
Project documentation
Participate in and prepare project meetings, manage action lists, risk registers, and support decision-making. -
Task ownership
Take ownership of defined coordination tasks or interfaces, supporting technical choices, budget, and scope.
