Impact assessments Valhall PWP-Fenris

The purpose of the impact assessments (IAs) for Valhall PWP-Fenris is to account for the effects that the development and its operation could have on the environment, including cultural monuments and cultural environment, natural resources and society.

The Valhall PWP-Fenris IAs have been prepared to ensure these effects have been taken into account in the decision-making process. Below all documentation related to the Valhall PWP-Fenris IA process.

Valhall PWP-Fenris is a joint development project, located in the southern part of the North Sea. It  comprises a new centrally located production and wellhead platform (PWP) bridge-linked to the Valhall central complex with 24 well slots, and an unmanned installation (UI) with 8 slots at Fenris (formerly King Lear) subsea tied back 50km to the PWP. 

Aker BP is operator, with Pandion Energy AS as partner in Valhall and PGNiG Upstream Norway AS as partner in Fenris.
