Note: The last day for the charter flight TRD-BNN-TRD is October 31, 2024. You are encouraged to book your flight tickets well in advance for travels after October 31, 2024
Booking
Charter bookings will be made in DaWinci. You will be able to see your booking in MyDawinci. When your charter is confirmed, you must cancel any scheduled flights with regular airline.
Practical information about meeting at the airport
Ground handling: Widerøe Ground Handling.
New carrier from September 2nd: Widerøe.
Number of seats: 39.
Meeting at the airport: Check-in opens 2 hours before departure, with the possibility of earlier check-in. Contact Widerøe Ground Handling at the airport.
Required documentation: Valid identification.
Check-in closes: 40 minutes before departure.
Flight time: 00:50 one way.
Departure times: according to the schedule below.
Important information: In the arrival hall, a screen will indicate the counter where all passengers traveling with Widerøe should check in. Remember to bring valid identification!
Check-in procedure:
- How to check in:
- Enter the last 6 digits of your phone number and your last name. This is because the last 6 digits of the phone number are the reference for the traveler. This applies regardless of whether the phone number is Norwegian or foreign, Widerøe’s Flyveselskap AS Internet check in (amadeus.net). The traveler will not be notified via SMS or email when check-in is open. Everyone must visit Widerøe’s website or app to check in.
- When to check in online
- TRD-BNN: Check-in via website/app is possible after 19:00 the day before departure
- BNN-TRD: Check-in via website/app is possible about 2.5 hours before departure on the same day
- Traveling with hand luggage
- Travelers with only hand luggage can check in online at home and go directly to the gate in Trondheim (TRD)
- Traveling with checked baggage
- If you have checked baggage, you must check in physically at the TRD terminal. It is not possible to check in through to the final destination
In case of cancellation, please notify aviation@akerbp.com by 14:00 (at latest) the day before departure.
