Two new exploration wells spudded

Please find attached a copy of the presentation that Det norske will hold at Finansanalytikerforeningens E&P conference in Oslo at 1330 on Tuesday 24th November 2009.

Det norske has commenced drilling operations on Skardkollen in PL 408, located just north of the Grevling discovery. Det norske holds 100 percent in PL 408.

Det norske is set to merge with Aker Exploration. GDFSUEZ has commenced drilling operations with Aker Barents on the Pumbaa prospect in PL 469. Aker Exploration holds 25 percent in the license.
