Employee share programme completed
Aker BP employees have subscribed for approximately 675,000 shares under the company’s annual employee share programme.
The subscription price was NOK 282.10 per share, representing a 20 percent discount to the reference market price of NOK 352.62 per share. The shares are subject to a three-year lock-up period.
Approximately 50 percent of the company’s employees participated in the programme, including the following primary insiders and close associates:

- David Tønne sold 1,383 shares at an average price of NOK 347.60 per share.
- Tore Vik sold 1,041 shares at an average price of NOK 353.70 per share.
