Our team work daily to support Aker BP's project organisation (PRO) with HSE activities and deliverables. In PRO we are working with various projects such as field development, carbon storage, modifications and decommissioning. In this role you will primarily work with safety, quality and risk in one or several projects. In all our projects we set HSSE as the foundation in the way we perform our activities, and quality as a key success factor to allow for safe operations and implementation of future ways of working. You will work closely with all the other disciplines in the project organisation, with our alliances, alliance partners and vendors.
Your typical work tasks can be:
- Plan and ensure that HSE and quality activities are managed and delivered as expected
- Support projects in complying with requirements and expectations
- Work proactively with HSE and quality risks that can impact project performance
- Contribute with preventing quality incidents and reduce cost related to lack of quality
- Contribute to implementation and improvements of HSE management
- Report status and follow-up performance towards HSE
- Work closely with our alliances and contractors in a one team spirit
Skills & Qualifications:
- You have recently graduated or have a few years of work experience with a MSc or similar within a technical and/or commercial degree.
- You are interested in and have knowledge about HSE, quality and risk
- You speak and write fluent Norwegian and English
- You are always looking for possible improvements and enjoy a good challenge, show initiative, and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams
