Need to have

About the job

This is not just a graduate program; it's the start of your journey to help redefine a major industrial company. As a graduate in Finance, Strategy & Partner Operated (FSP) in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations, you will develop the skills to handle complex financial problems and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement by optimizing financial processes and strategic decision-making.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting
    Support robust budget processes and ensure updated forecasts, understanding cost drivers and challenging assumptions.

  • Month-end closing
    Contribute to critical month-end closing activities, including accruals and Cash Call input for joint ventures.

  • Financial analysis & Reporting
    Engage in financial analysis and reporting, tracking performance against targets and budgets.

  • Process optimization
    Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify and standardize financial models and processes.

  • AI & Digital innovation
    Explore and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis, improve efficiency, and elevate the quality of financial reporting.
