Need to have

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Cybersecurity or a related engineering field.

  • Academic experience focused on Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance).

  • Foundational understanding of key cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, and IEC 62443.

  • Strong interest and understanding of digital and cybersecurity technologies.

  • Fluent in English and proficient in professional Norwegian communication.

  • A structured and curious approach to understanding how systems work and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

  • Relevant student experiences (e.g., internships, summer jobs, project theses) or professional experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or related digital technology fields.

  • Keen interest in programming, general development, and the application of Agentic AI.

  • Basic understanding of business operations and IT/OT management standards.

  • A self-starter who takes ownership of your own learning and development.

  • A collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and contributes to a shared mission.

  • An adaptable mindset, open to working across a wide range of technical disciplines.

  • A drive to continuously improve processes, questioning the status quo to find better solutions.

  • Clear and concise communication skills, ready to engage with teams in the office and offshore.

  • Policy & Framework Support
    Contribute to maintaining policies, requirements, and control frameworks for robust security.

  • Cyber risk leadership
    Drive cyber risk management across IT, OT, and digital initiatives.

  • AI-Powered security solutions
    Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in cybersecurity.

  • Cross-functional project work
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute security projects.

  • Driving security productivity
    Actively contribute to our 3x productivity ambition by identifying and implementing security improvement opportunities.

  • Policies & Control frameworks
    Contribute to maintaining policies, requirements, and control frameworks for robust security.

  • Cyber risk management
    Drive cyber risk management across IT, OT, and digital initiatives.

  • Standards & Compliance
    Ensure alignment with critical standards like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.

  • Security operations & Audits
    Support internal/external audits and follow up on findings to strengthen our defenses.

  • Supplier security
    Follow up on supplier security requirements and activities to extend our protective perimeter.

  • AI & Threat intelligence
    Turn threat developments and regulatory requirements into concrete actions, leveraging AI for proactive defense.
