As a Project Systems graduate you will be part of an inclusive and enthusiastic team that is responsible for supporting our project portfolio by delivering world class project systems. This is grounded in our mission to deliver best in class projects by one team mindset and always improving. A key strategic priority is to enable world class project delivery through our digital ecosystem and processes. As a graduate in the Project Business Unit we aim to expose our graduates to different roles/teams during the 2 year graduate period.
Typical work tasks can be:

Support ongoing strategic initiatives such as implementation of digital devices in field, enhance digital competence in our business unit and implementation of new digital solutions.

Document & Communicate the link between processes, systems and data
-
Participate in internal & external forums to ensure leading practice
-
Work closely with system suppliers with a one team mindset
Qualifications:

You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2025 with an MSc within petroleum, digitalization or similar)

You have maximum two years of relevant professional experience
-
English and/or Norwegian language working proficiency

Aker BP is a company engaged in exploration, field development and production of oil and gas on the Norwegian continental shelf. The company operates six field centres: Alvheim, Ivar Aasen, Skarv, Edvard Grieg, Ula and Valhall, and is a partner in the Johan Sverdrup field.
