In this role, you will report to VP D&W Excellence and be responsible for coordinating capability efforts within D&W. department.

In this role, you will report to VP D&W Excellence and be part of the D&W Excellence LT Team. You will be responsible for coordinating capability efforts within D&W.

  • Maintain and develop D&W domain competence expectations.
  • Maintain D&W domain competence development opportunities.
  • Advise on general D&W domain competence gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain and futher develop D&W domain competence aspects of D&W graduate program, including role changes
  • Facilitate and administer process for talent identification and managed moves.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in D&W and to share and incorporate best practices and lessons learnt across D&W as well as within other functions / BUs within Aker BP and Alliance partners.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant M.Sc. degree
  • Good understanding on how digitalization will affect how we work.
  • Good understanding of the Drilling & Wells domain competence
