Notification of acquisition of own shares

Reference is made to Aker BP's press release from 27 May 2025, where the company announced its plan to buy up to 1,500,000 own shares in connection with the company's employee share saving plan.

In the period from 27 May to 2 June, the company purchased 500,000 shares at an average price of NOK 238.11. An overview of the transactions, and a detailed specification of each individual trade, are attached to this announcement.

After these transactions, Aker BP ASA owns a total of 557,009 own shares, corresponding to 0.09 percent of the company's share capital.
