Notification of acquisition of own shares

Reference is made to Aker BP’s press release from 27 May 2025, where the company announced its plan to buy up to 1,500,000 own shares in connection with the company’s employee share saving plan.

In the period from 10 June to 13 June, the company purchased 400,000 shares. In total, the company has purchased 1,500,000 shares under this programme, which is now completed, at an average price of NOK 247.18. An overview of the transactions, and a detailed specification of each individual trade, are attached to this announcement. 

After these transactions, Aker BP ASA owns a total of 1,557,009 own shares, corresponding to 0.25 percent of the company’s share capital.
