Kjetil Bakken joined Aker BP in 2017, and has been heading the IR function since 2018.

Prior to joining Aker BP, Bakken was a sell-side analyst in Carnegie. He has previously also worked for Noreco, Fondsfinans and Norsk Hydro.

Bakken holds an MBA Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Bachke joined Aker BP in 2022. He has extensive experience from IR, both as partner at Crux Advisers and from Aker BioMarine. He has also held senior equity analyst positions in Nordea Markets, RS Platou Markets and Fondsfinans. At the start of his career, he spent 10 years in various positions at Norsk Hydro.

Bachke holds an MBA/AFA from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
